Change Report Format (Schedule III)
Under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, every trustee is required to report any change relating to the trustees, trust property, or management of a public trust. Such changes must be submitted in the prescribed Schedule III format to the office of the Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner having jurisdiction over the trust. The prescribed Schedule III format is provided below for reference.
